POSITION DESCRIPTION ADDENDUM FOR:

PHOTOGRAPHY TEACHER

 

The information listed under Specific Essential Duties is in addition to Elementary or Secondary Teacher position description.  Any additional information that may be listed under the other categories supersedes the information provided on the Basic Teacher position description.

 

 

SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Teaches knowledge and skills in photography to secondary students utilizing the course of study prescribed by the District approved curriculum.

 

Instructs students in the proper care and use of materials and organizes storage areas and controls use of materials to prevent loss or abuse.

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid UT Teaching License with a Photography or Visual Art (6-12) Endorsement

While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
