SUMMARY
Performs maintenance support by performing the
duties listed below.
ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include the following. Other duties
may be assigned.
Assists
with the District Energy Education program by providing data input support.
Maintains
and records District wide energy and water consumption records and data.
Maintain
records of federal energy conservation grants received by the District.
Reports the status of the District’s energy consumption data.
Maintains files and answers in coming calls.
Maintains schedules and records.
Organizes data and files.
Coordinates
the compilation of data into energy system data base
Organizes
data for use in District reports and for use by collaborative teams
Assists Energy Education Specialists as necessary to perform
program support.

This

QUALIFICATIONS

Incumbent
must be able to operate basic word processing and spreadsheet software. After

EDUCATION
and/or EXPERIENCE
Basic educational knowledge and background in
order to support ability to complete essential functions of position.
LANGUAGE
SKILLS
Ability to read documents such as billing statements. Ability to communicate
effectively with others both orally and written.
REASONING
ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to apply a
variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
